ANTL will carry out accredited testing on all electrical, gas and plumbing appliances.  Electrical Safety Testing that complies with the Australian Electrical Standards. All testing including but not limited to; testing of glow-wire, burning tests, needle-flame testing, current leakage, overload protection & associated circuits. Gas testing on domestic and commercial appliances.

Our Plumbing facility is also accredited by NATA in the areas of Mechanical Testing and able to provide special purpose testing.

Plumbing and Drainage Fittings

•  Distortion, endurance, flow, leak, performance, pressure, resistance to removal, shower hose, spray angle, strength, temperature drop, torque and watertightness tests on flow controls, showers and tapware.

•  Crazing, chemical resistance and water absorption tests on vitreous china.

•  Discharge, flush, flushing performance, leakage, load, reduced flush, splash tests, watertightness and wetting tests on lavatory (pans and cisterns) and urinal equipment.

•  Dimensional, endurance, flow, high temperature, performance, pressure, pull out, pulsation, torque, vacuum and water tightness tests on piping and water heaters/fitting.

•  Dezincification tests on copper alloys.
